Failed integration with X-plore

    I've had BOX linked in Android X-plore file manager for years.  I haven't used the link in a while, but just tried it and get the same message.  It used to work.  Have you contacted support, and have they helped?

    After going around their circular mouse wheel several times, it appears that all options take you back to the start.  Apparently, BOX does not have any support.  Even the "File a support ticket" link takes you right back to the community search page where you start.

    Yep, they want your money, but don't want to "waste" it on support. They expect the community to solve it all for free! Unfortunately, I haven't heard from X-plore either and I didn't bother to look if they have a community forum.

    That's okay. I went back to my File Explorer+ with no problem. The MAIN reason I was trying new services is because I want centralized access that includes MEGA. It's nearly impossible to find a file explorer that offers access. X-plore does. Oh well, I'll just use Mega thru their app.
