Transferred Ownership- CONTENT GONE
I followed customer service instructions to transfer ownership of files in the admin portal (to myself from a user who doesn't work here anymore), and now a TON of our content is GONE. I have been told that I can't have a phone consult, so I am just waiting indefinitely for someone from Box to EMAIL me, while no one can do their jobs. Has this happened to anyone? I'm flipping out!

This is a fear of mine as it has happened in Google Drive to me. I was able to find a solution to at least locate them (and then manually add them back to folders) using this advanced search: search field, type: is:unorganized owner:me
I'm curious if you were able to find a solution here in Box.com?

So the issue ended up being that all the data was disabled while the files were being transferred to the new owner...which took like 12 hours. The files slowly started reappearing, which slightly alleviated my panic attack, but it was about 12 hours until it all came back. I just wish I had known to do it at night, as it was an issue for my staff.
