I can’t access to my box account! Need to activate 2 factor authentication
Hi! This morning I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled box app in my iPhone. At login, there’s a step for configuring 2 factor authentication. I follow the steps and insert the code that I received in my phone, but give me an error “There was a problem sending you a text
message. You can wait and try again
later. If this persists, your number or
service provider may not support text
messages from Box. If you have any
questions, please contact us for support
a http://www.box.com/help” I tried also on website, but I have same problems. How can I do?
