How can i create a APP-Token?

I cant find this. I have created some Programms whith different Authmethods. But no someone i can connect with Java-API. The Dev-Token are works fine.

I need a Token for  connect one user with one endpoint to upload files to a company. I am Member of the Company. Pleace help.
