Business Plus Issue (No Microsoft Excel Online)
Hi Support, I noticed that our Business Plus account has no Microsoft Excel Online feature. When I checked on other Account type: Individual . I can use Microsoft Excel Online like the screenshot below. Please advise on how to enable Microsoft Excel Online in Business Plus account. Thank you.

Can you please check your Box App gallery to confirm if the following application is enabled in your Business Plus account?
If its already added/ enabled, by to remove and re-add the application, and then try to open an MS file, and see if the Office online option appears.
