    Hi Christian,

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    I checked your profile in this post and I see its linked to a Personal Free account so logging in to your University's SSO page will not work since your account is not Managed by their instance.

    You need to choose the option 'Not Part of <Company name>" and that will redirect you to Box website login page: https://account.box.com/login You should be able to login on this page using your Personal Box email and password and access items that was shared to you.
