    Yes of course.

    Attached is the error I am getting, I have tried closing down box and signing back in however after a while the same error occurs

    Thanks for sharing this screenshot, this was really helpful!

    Can you please try disabling your anti-virus and try re-syncing your files for next steps, just click the 'Retry All' to re-sync those files.

    We have seen this happen in other cases when the user's anti-virus interferes with Box Drive. It seems that it is expected behavior when you have "HP Wolf Enterprise Security". I recommend working with your IT Team or IT person, and let them know when anti-virus softwares interferes with Box Drive, it is possible to exclude the Box Drive root folder or "mount location" (C:\Users\Me\Box , /Users/Me/Box , or /Users/Me/Library/CloudStorage/Box-Box) from scanning.

    Hi,

    This is Ben from DGITS (Margaret's IT providers) I have been onto Margarets machine, I have noticed that she has HP Wolf Security and ESET. I will remove the HP Anti Virus and disable the ESET one and see how this goes.
