As part of this launch, we have officially retired the Box Certified Professional (BCP) program. Below you'll find answers to frequently asked questions about this transition and what to expect with the new certification.

You can use your existing Box account to access training on Box University (training.box.com). Alternatively you can create a free account on Box University. |

The certification is supported by a series of free, self-paced training courses designed to help learners prepare for the exam. |
| About the curriculum | Do I need to complete the curriculum before taking the exam? | The curriculum is recommended but not required. You can take the certification exam at any time if you feel ready. You're also welcome to complete only the courses most relevant to your needs. |
| General | How much does the certification cost? | It's completely free. Both the certification exam and the associated training courses are available at no cost. |
| General | Will I receive a certificate or badge? | Yes! After passing, you'll receive a downloadable certificate and a LinkedIn-ready badge to showcase your achievement. |
| About the exam | How long does the exam take to complete? | The certification exam includes 45 questions and takes approximately 45-60 minutes to complete. |
| About the exam | What is the passing score for the exam? | You'll need to score at least 80% to pass the Intelligent Content Expert certification exam. |
| About the exam | How do I retake the exam if I fail? | Navigate back to the exam on training.box.com. You should see a "Review" button. Clicking here will take you back to the exam where you can click "Retake Questions" in the top right of the page. |

| About the exam | What happens if I don't pass the exam? | You can retake the exam. We encourage reviewing the recommended curriculum before re-attempting the exam. |

| General | What if I already completed the Box Certified Professional (BCP) certification? | Your BCP certification remains a valuable credential and will continue to be recognized by Box. However, we recommend pursuing the Intelligent Content Management certification for the most up-to-date skills and platform capabilities. |
