3. What should be set for ’external_id’ on BoxSign API

I'm also looking for this functionality. Having this option would definitely allow me to create some great web applications for my business users.

3. Box sign API create request invalid parameter

I was able to resolve this issue. I had to add the service account directly to the folder I was trying to reference.
