I am using Box Sync on a M1 MacBook Pro and it is working totally fine. It is better than nothing and at least a fix till they get Box Drive working. Box not replying to these issues is ridiculous.

Hello, Brent, Director of Product Support: It has been a month since your update and months since box.com has known about the M1 computers. Canceling box.com is my next step.
