Have Box in only ONE language

Hello, I have just installed the Box desktop app (v 2.27.242) on my Windows 10 Pro PC.

Even if I live in Italy, I prefer to have software in English. Windows is configured to show everything in English. During the OS installation, I chose the US locale.

Concerning Box, I downloaded the desktop app after selecting United States (English) among the international sites (lower right corner of the main web page).

In my Box Account -> Account settings, I have:

- Language = English US.
-Time Zone = GMT+2

I end with Box with some documents in Italian.

For example, when I create a new note, I find "Nota senza titolo ...", that is Italian for "Untitled note". Actually, the entire app (its menus) for writing notes is in Italian. On the contrary, Microsoft Word is in English.

If I try and change the locale of my account, choosing, e.g., GMT-6 Denver, the notes and the note (Box) app are still displayed in Italian.

Is there any way to exclude "Italian" from the languages used by Box and limit such languages to the only English?

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer the feature you asked about.

If this is something you would like to be able to do, I would highly recommend submitting this feature request at pulse.box.com! Our product managers review these requests and take them into consideration for future product development.
