Need access to old account

I have an old account under a different email that I need access to, but I'm not able to access that email address any longer. Is there any way I can get to it to see if a file exists?

If you can’t access the email address associated with the Box account, we recommend either reaching out to the email service provider (ESP) to regain access to the email account or creating a new account. For additional guidance please review our support guide on Logging in to Box.
Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to the email account. You will need access to the email address associated with the account to change the account password.
On the other hand, if you know any collaborators in the file/folder then contact them to send you an invitation to your other account.
