    Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.

    Please make sure the you are logged in to the correct account and go to the "All Files" page. If the shared folder you are looking for isn't there then the invitation may have expired. Have the collaborator validate if he is seeing you as collaborator to that folder. If not, I suggest that you ask to have the invitation sent again.
