We have a Business Account (I think) and many files disappeared today.  It's urgent that we recover these files as quickly as possible.  Can we get some help please?

  My apologies...I should have indicated that I already did that.  There are three others who have access and they also checked their trash.  The folders have disappeared. Please help!
