    I'm sorry to hear that you are having issue creating Box Notes via Firefox. Have you made sure to update your Firefox to the latest version?

    Also, upon checking it looks like you are part of an organization that requires their managed users to contact your internal helpdesk or IT team for issues related to Box.

    I strongly recommend reaching out to your internal helpdesk or IT team for further assistance on looking into this. Should they require further assistance from Box Support, you Primary contact person to Box can always submit a ticket on your behalf to investigate on this.
