Suspicious account activity

I believe there was unauthorized access gained to my account recently.
I received email notification that my account had been accessed twice from a country I do not live in. I immediately logged into my Box account & confirmed the activity in the Security log.
I confirmed with others who have access to the account, that it was not their activity.
During that time (approximately 2 hrs) the app was deleted from the activity log; and the email disappeared.
I've since changed passwords. However, is there any way of being able to determine if hacker activity did occur & what documents they have accessed?
