    This sounds like an issue more on your browser rather than Box. Do you have the latest Firefox installed?

    Can you try clearing your browser cache and disable extensions/ plugins then try your login again and let us know how it goes?

    I didn't think about trying with extensions disabled. Apparently, this is only happening with Lastpass enabled. What a strange effect. Any solution on the Box side? I'll post to Lastpass separately.
