Accepted invitation; nothing shows up in files

Hi, I'm new to Box, but I accepted an invitation to collaborate on a file and it isn't showing up anywhere in my files. I made sure to create the account using the same email address the invitation was sent to. Thank you for your help!

    Do you encounter an error when you click the file you have been invited to? Can you share a screenshot of what see for us to check?

    I have a box account and two files that were forwarded to me but it says that I don’t have permissions to view. I received the invitation and clicked on the files and can’t view
