File Activity Items Failed to Load: Annotations

Hello, There are a few documents where when I know there are comments, the page is unable to load them. I receive the error message in the ticket title. I also receive a message that instructs me to refresh the page or visit back later. The refreshing does not work. Thank you for the help!

From approximately 10:30AM-11:37AM PT, users may have experienced intermittent issues loading some Box services including the Admin Console, Collections, Annotations, File Request Links, Notification Center, and Relay. Our team has detected the issue and a fix has been implemented.
