Can not start Box app
RéponduI had some issues with Box not syncing my files, so I tried updating the application and restarting my computer. With that not working, I had to uninstall the app then re-install, but now I'm getting a message saying "Box encountered an issue" and that I need to manually reset. Even when I manually reset the same error keeps coming up, can someone please help with this issue?

Can you share a screenshot of the error that you encounter with Box Drive so we can take a closer look?
Furthermore, can you let us know what macOS and version of Box Drive are you running?
