The original file was deleted on Box

Hi

I have a few files that was originally on box and was deleted by an unknown person. We did not initiate the deletion and we do not know who deleted the files on box. The trash folder in the box is empty too and we could not recover the files. We also do not have these files saved locally unfortunately. 

Is there anyway we can recover the files to our account?

    I have tried to log out and log in to box but the folder and files are still gone.
