ファイルを部外ならびに社外の人に共有する場合、MyFolderにファイルがないと共有できないと聞いておりますが、これだと同じファイルが部署フォルダとMyFolderに存在して管理が非常に大変です。
ファイルの添付の方が簡潔で後処理も不要です。
部署フォルダーのファイルを部外ならびに社外の人に共有する方法をご教示いただけますでしょうか。
