Box shuttle -frustration getting onboarded.
RéponduI have been trying for 2 days to do a self directed migration and I can't seem to get the right information.
When I try to log in here https://shuttle.cloudfastpath.com/cfp/#/login
it says my account is inactive.
Ive done the survey, ive readl all the articles.
shuttle support keeps asking for my shuttle account name. All I can provide is the email address which i am trying to register.
I keep getting links to articles I've followed... I just need someone that knows the onboarding to be able to use shuttle so I can migrate my data.
