    I understand that one of your clients in unable to login to his Box account due to MFA. For login issues like this, since this will require specific account information, we recommend to have the affected user report this to our team by having them go to Support.box.com > click 'Support' > Contact Support > They will then see a line that says "If you are unable to sign in, click here." The user need to fill out the form on that page with details of his login/ MFAissue and someone from support team will reach out to assist and verify his account to reset his MFA.
