Box Sync on Mac does not scan for new files when screensaver is on

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having issue with Box Sync. Upon checking, there was no any recent change with how Box Sync works nor there is any update, so it may have been an update on your device that is affecting this behavior.

    Also, it looks like you are part of an organization that requires their managed users to contact your internal helpdesk for issues related to Box.

    Kindly reach out to your internal helpdesk or IT team for further assistance on looking into this. Should your designated contact to Box need assistance from Box Support, they can always submit a ticket on your behalf.
