Mac OS can not open box drive successfully

Here is the error log:

Something went wrong and Box Drive needs to quit.

Please send us your logs so we can troubleshoot the issue and work to improve the product. If the problem persists, please contact Box Support to further troubleshoot the issue.

Your logs have been sent successfully. If you do not have an open support case with Box, please create one here so someone can follow up with you. A support case is required to investigate this issue.

    Please guide me how to find the log files and upload for debugging. it's urgent since I need to enable box drive asap.

    Can you try and manually reset your Box Drive following the steps provided in this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697494-Using-Box-Drive-Basics

    If you continue encounter issues, you may need to reach out to your internal helpdesk further assistance on looking into this as I see  you are part of an organization that requires their managed users to contact your internal helpdesk or IT team for issues related to Box. They may submit a ticket on your behalf should they need assistance from Box Support regarding this issue.
