The file you can see in the web version but doesn't look like an exploer.
I wanna be see the file on my PC,but also don't there.
Is there a solution?

To better understand your concern regarding the files you are pertaining to. Are these uploaded files owned by you or shared by another collaborator?
Are you trying to access these files from your Box webapp or from Box Sync or Box Drive?
Please elaborate more about this concern for us to be on the same page and have this rectified.
