Web folder states its been synced, but not showing up on MacBook Pro

The folder I need is on the Web version, and I have clicked Sync to desktop. It states it has synced, but the folder is not showing up on Box Sync Tab on my laptop . I have switched my laptop off and on again , but still not visible on the laptop 

Please help
