Box Status

Box Drive icons not there! Windows 11 Explorer.

Box Drive icons tell you at a glance the status of your files and folders. 

However I do not have any Box icons showing in Explorer!

Windows 11 - any help appreciated.

    Please make sure the Box Drive is successfully installed in your machine. If you have not installed Box Drive yet, please see step on the article below:

    Hi Aira, thanks for getting back so quickly.

    I have been using Box (successfully) for some years and Box Drive is already installed on my machine!

    The icons have been there previously but have recently disappeared!

    Are you suggesting that I uninstall Box Drive and carry out a fresh installation?
