Folder and files missing

I logged in today and a folder and sub folders are all missing.  There are a number of collaborators on the folder and others can't see them either.  I am one of the owners and can't find them.  They are not in trash and last time I accessed box everything was fine.  Help!

    I did what you suggested and still am not able to find it.  On the other hand, the people who have access to my folder are able to see it fine.  I am not sure what is going on as I only have one BOX account.  frustrating.
