Unable to install Box to my MacBook pro-Ventura

Hello, 

i tried to install Box for mac, and in the installation step that asks if I would like Box to have access at my Download folder I said no and since then its impossible to install it to my computer. Installation failed, and doesnt ask me anymore for download folder. I restarted my computer several times, deleted box pkg and re-download it and tried to install again but nothing happened. 

I have macbook pro Ventura 13.1
