file request widget

I have this embedded on a form, and it doesn't resolve the widget on my ios Iphone. I have tried it on safari and Chrome, it shows an activity icon... but never finishes.
Is there a setting I need to consider?

As of this message, Box Embed doesn't work in mobile devices and sorry for the limitation. Currently, this is subject for feature request and you may upvote here for more visibility. Our product team reviews all submissions and will consider whether to include feedback in their product roadmap.
