500 Internal Server Error with files/content api

Hi, 

We have a feature calling content API to upload files to box.

We saw 500 Internal Server Error recently, could someone help to check what happened?

Here is the curl log on our server: we are trying to upload a file with size around 500MB, we say the error after sending for more than 60 seconds
