Verification mail at the time of the first login is not sent
RéponduI am an employee of Kindryl Japan.
Kyndryl has finished an Enterprise BOX corporate account. Since I was sharing information with other companies in the BOX, I created and tried to log in with the same email address (@kyndryl.com), but I did not proceed because Verification Mail was not sent. What should I do?

Hi,
The target account is XXXX@kydryl.
When I make an inquiry using this account, the following email is sent as an automatic reply, so I am logging in with a different account(XXXXX@gmail.com) to make the inquiry.

For verification mail at login(with XXXX@kyndryl.com), I asked Kyndryl to check the email gateway to confirm that no verification email was sent to XXXXX@kyndryl.
I don't want to write my email address in the community, so is there another way to tell my email address?
