Box Status

cannot access box link for employee who has left

hiya, we are trying to access a box link sent top us when an employee left, where he put critical data. We have already requested his box folders and i have these, but i still cannot find this linked info.

can we get access to his link and files. His old email was

    Let me assist with your contents sharing inquiry and upon checking the Shared Link's access type is limited to invited collaborators only. Kindly contact your main Admin to grant you the access to this Shared Link by adding you as collaborator. 

    Find out who's your main Admin: Go to box.com> Account Settings and below look for Admin Contact.
