Please provide me with instructions to transfer ACCOUNT owner ship from one person to another.

  I no longer work for the company where I set up their Box account.  We can't figure out how to have someone else own the Box account.   Any ideas. It seems silly that a former employee, whose email has been terminated, is still the owner of the account.  Anyone know a solution?
