2段階認証に設定した携帯電話を変更したため、BOXにログイン出来ないメンバがいます。

そのメンバの2段階認証を解除したいのですが、解除方法を教えてください。

    Hi,

    I have the similar question as above. One of our corporate user lost thier moible devise used for MFA verificatation. Is there any chance for the system administor to disable MFA to let this user to login? Later, he/she can enable FMA with thier new mobile devise.
