Need to Recover Files That were Deleted (time Sensitive)

I Uploaded Video Footage of a wedding and need to recover the footage, as the editor lost it. I just checked and the footage is deleted. I believe this is because the User who owned the files and folder the footage was uploaded to on Box.com deleted their account. There is no footage in the Trash so Recovering the footage this way wont work. I would really like to speak to someone who can help me via phone or text chat to get this figured out as soon as possible.

As you have mentioned, the owner might have deleted the account. If they have deleted the account, you can no longer recover the file. I would strongly suggest to directly communicate with them and check if they can recover the files.
From our end, we cannot recover the files if the owner deleted the account.
