I NEED TO KNOW WHAT TO DO TO GET ALL MY FILES FOR MULTIPLE PEOPLE AT WORK FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS. WHAT IS GOING ON. WE HAVE NOT MADE CHANGES TO ACCOUNT AND ARE TOTALLY PAID IN FULL. WHAT IS HAPPENING AT BOX AND WHY?????
