high res images are downloading too small

I have shared a folder with a client that includes all high resolution jpeg images. The client has downloaded images and the downloads he is receiving are much smaller. Does anyone know why this would be? Is there a way to select a size when downloading?

    I would suggest to check the resolution settings on the machine where the file has been downloaded.
