Falso almacenamiento en uso

Hola, quisiera solucionar el error que se presenta en mi cuenta... mi cuenta es de 50gb, no tengo ningun archivo, ni si quiera en la papelera pero dice tener 39,8gb en uso... ayuda.. gracias de antemano, saludos
