Any way to automatically purge shares that have expired

Is there any way to have a shared file or folder be automatically purged/deleted after the time we set the share to expire?

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

  Once you've set the expiration date for your Shared link  and when it's due the URL link will be removed off the system. 

  Hope that answers it! Let us know if you have clarifications.

  Under folder settings > Automated Actions section is an option "Auto-delete this folder on a selected date".
