    Hello did this ever get resolved? i am having the same issue. Can't access files because my mobile is not getting a text with the verification code, please help

    Hi - I have a customer that has the same issue and it has been a week of being unable to sign in. (They request a code and it never shows. Can't get 2 step authentication off.) Has this issue been resolved for those above?

    My coworker is having this same issue. He does not receive the code via text on his phone and is unable to log in. There is no customer support number for BOX and he is unable to access forums like this one ,so I am reaching out on his behalf. Please advise if there is some way to reset the dual authentication on his account.
