2FA for external users - for certain folders / greyed out security settings
Hi all!
Is it possible to only enable the 2FA for external users just for certain files or folders? Not simply for all users?
Furthermore I tried to change the settings in the security section in the admin console but everything is greyed out - has anyone an idea why that could be? (see picture - I'm sorry, it's German).

At present, there is no way to enable the 2FA for external users for specific files or folders.
If this is something you would like to be able to do, I would highly recommend submitting this feature request at pulse.box.com! Our product managers review these requests and take them into consideration for future product development.Regarding the Security settings tab, if this is grayed out for you, you may not have the necessary account type to manage this settings.This feature is available to Enterprise and Elite accounts, for details please see: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043693174-Security-Settings-for-Your-EnterpriseActions pour les commentaires
