    Have you checked your inbox for this link's email notification?

    If someone has sent you a Shared link from Box, the email notification usually contains the sender user's name and email.

    On the other hand, if your source is another person, you will want to coordinate with your source person to get assistance on identifying the owner of the link.

    Thanks for your response. I got this link from product high level design specification. As per your recommendation, I will check with the owner of that spec.

    Hello Team,

    I only have the link, but unable to find the owner...I am getting the below message:

    "This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you"

    Can anyone help on this

    I'm having the same problem.  It seems ridiculous that box would make it so hard to identify who the owners of files are.

    I have the same problem. No way to reach the owner from that page that says "This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you." In Google Drive, there's an option when this happens.
