Box Extension not loading in Mac Big Sur

Hi, I'm having the same problem with the Box extension not loading in Big Sur. I don't feel like it is my job to find a work around. Box, please fix this problem.

  I have the same problem on 2 Macs. Support was not at all interested in the computers or their configuration, suggesting to me that this is a very widespread problem without a clear solution. Dropbox continues to work without problems for me.
