sharing a folder with an external collaborator

Hallo,

I need to share a pdf file very large (100mb) with Customer. I created a BOX folder inviting him thru his email address name.surname@shell.com but he cannot access. has received a message saying "We've sent you an e-mail to re-set the password", but he didn't received any email for the re-set. how I can proceed?

  update. I cancelled and re-invited the person and now arrived the notification of acceptance. so seems that now the sharing works!
