Oops error message

I'm getting the following error message when trying to access a folder: 

Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for.

Any help would be appreciated

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  We usually see this message if you access a folder using a Box account linked to a different email that was invited to access that folder.

  Please make sure that when accessing a folder, you are logged in to the Box account that is linked to the exact email address that was invited to the folder.

  I have a box account with my oldemail address. Can I change that account to my new  email address?
