Hi,
I lost some folders. How can you help me?

  Try the below steps:

  1. Gather all the information related to the lost folders (folder names, document names, owner, etc)
  2. Search for the lost folders from the "All Files" location. I have seen many times people drag and drop folders into other folders by mistake.
  3. Look inside your trash folder in case the folders were deleted
