How can we upgrade my BOX plan?

Now, we are now instigating to upgrade BOX plan from 'Box business' to 'Box business PLUS'.
Currently we have 6 domain users and 6 external users.
Would you please estimate out cost of business PLUS plan?
We want to pay every month (not yearly).  

When I try to upgrade BOX plan, it says 12 licenses, but we need 6 domain licenses only.  Also, online upgrade only support yearly plan, but we want monthly plan.

    I understand that you have billing questions for upgrading your account.
